I want you to love your piece. If something isn’t quite right, please contact me within 7 days of delivery to start a return.
Items must be mailed back within 7 days of contacting me and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, custom orders and worn items cannot be returned.
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Shipping Policy:
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated on the website (ie: holidays or personal outages). Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Delays & USPS Issues
Once your package has been handed off to USPS, shipping delays, tracking issues, or delivery errors are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by USPS.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the buyer must contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate the package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. We cannot change the address after the order is placed. If the address is incorrect and we hear from you before it ships, we will cancel the order and allow you to repurchase and enter the correct address.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist. See the return and exchange policy above.
